TENANT APPLICATION

This is to advise that I/we the undersigned hereby authorize Soul Property Solution the firm to whom my application has been submitted to obtain a consumer credit report and to make any other inquiries as deemed necessary in determining eligibility for tenancy and assessing credit worthiness. I understand that the information set out in the rental application form may be used for the purposes of responding to emergencies, ensuring the orderly management of the tenancy, complying with legal requirements and for collection purposes should rent be left owing or rental property damaged at termination of lease or end of tenancy.

Soul Property Solutions may also disclose information about me/us to Credit Bureaus and other persons with whom I/we have, or propose to have, financial dealings, or if it believes the disclosure is required by law. I/We agree that information so received, and this application may be retained by Soul Property Solutions

The Applicant hereby consents to Soul Property Solutions obtaining information about the Applicant from Equifax, Trans Union, Experian, Landlord Credit Bureau, and past & present landlords, for the purpose of assessing their eligibility for tenancy.

If the Applicant is granted tenancy with the Landlord, the Applicant hereby consents to Soul Property Solutions disclosing information about the Applicant and information about their tenancy, including but not limited to the amount and timing of rent payments, good behaviour, problematic behaviour, any debt outstanding, and reviews of Soul Property Solutions experience regarding the Applicant, with Equifax, Landlord Credit Bureau and other reporting agencies, which may then be used in a tenant record, credit report and credit score for the Applicant and shared with other landlords, agents and credit grantors.
