Emergencies are defined as: Water leaks, sewer back ups, loss of heat or electricity. If you are experiencing one of these, please dial 403-754-5693 and press option #1 whether inside or outside of standard office hours. All other maintenance requests must be submitted you’re your Propra Tenant Portal. All serious and urgent life related emergencies (e.g., fire, break ins or endangerment to occupant or property), should be reported to police (911).
The Propra Resident Portal can be accessed at any time and provides 24-7 visibility into what's happening with their home. With the Resident Portal, residents can request maintenance, view lease details and documents shared by their landlord, or see the balance of their account at any time, from any web browser.
How do I understand my portal and it’s abilities better?
To Discuss your concerns/needs, to pay your rent or to just come by for a visit. Please schedule an appointment during our company business houses of Monday – Friday (8-5pm).
